Welcome to LeaderShift Club. These Terms govern your access to our ecosystem. By using our services, you are entering a binding contract with LeaderShift Club. and agreeing to these standards of conduct.
The Essentials
Identity: You must provide accurate data and be of legal age to contract. Your account is yours alone. Impersonation or unauthorized transfers are prohibited.
Purpose: Our platform connects curated members through expert Facilitators. While we vet all Facilitators, they provide guidance, not legal or specialized career coaching.
Conduct: You agree to use LeaderShift Club for professional growth and comply with all laws. Illegal use results in immediate termination.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your Data: We take privacy seriously.
The Vault: You are responsible for the information you share. Do not disclose employer trade secrets. We recommend using anonymized data for group problem-solving.
Mutual Trust: You agree to keep all information shared by other members strictly confidential. Unauthorized disclosure is a material breach of these terms.
Recordings: To maintain quality and resolve disputes, we may record and transcribe sessions. By joining, you consent to this internal use.
Event Photos: We publish event photos only if we have the express consent of the members who appear in them.
Investment & Billing
Commitment: Membership is an annual commitment. Whether paid by you or your employer, the full annual fee is due even if you choose to cancel mid-term.
Auto-Renewal: For Member-Paid accounts, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term. You can opt out of renewal at any time via Account Settings.
No Refunds: All investments are final. We do not issue prorated refunds for early cancellations.
Rules of Engagement
You agree not to use LeaderShift Club to:
Infringe on intellectual property or violate employer agreements.
- Harass, threaten, or jeopardize the security of other members.
- Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer our platform.
- Spam the network or interfere with our infrastructure.
Termination, Arbitration & Disputes
You may exit the ecosystem at any time by emailing team@leadershift.club. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or compromises the integrity of the community.
Arbitration & Disputes
By using LeaderShift Club, you agree to resolve all disputes through binding, individual arbitration and waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
