Stop carrying. and lead anywhere.
“Servant Leadership” is often code for burnout. Learn the frameworks that work in Berlin, London, or New York. Master the mechanics of authority that require no translation in any environment or any culture.
Join us at the Shift Booster Workshop for Early-Stage Leaders (Berlin)
One Day Workshop. In Person.
Berlin. March 12th.
Four Milestones. One Day.
No Detours.
You are an expat leader in a high-pressure environment. You don’t have 6 months to build “trust” through coffee chats. You need to deliver.
✦ Doing vs. Leading: Shifting mindset from individual contributor to manager.
✦ Total Accountability: Accepting full ownership of the team’s results (“The Buck Stops Here”).
✦ The Authority Signal: Projecting psychological weight and competence to establish respect without needing to “dominate” the room.
✦ Peer-to-Boss: Establishing professional boundaries with former peers.
✦ The 3 Point Diagnostic: Pinpointing the root cause of underperformance. Is it Skill (Capability), Will (Motivation), or Context (Resources or blocked path)?
✦ Delegation Poker: A framework to assign tasks clearly and safely based on trust levels.
✦ Operational Rhythm: Establishing the basic recurring meetings and processes to run the team.
✦ Kind vs. Nice: Reframing psychological safety as a culture of high standards, where candor is valued over politeness.
✦ The Feedback Loop: Correcting behavior immediately rather than waiting for formal reviews.
✦ Conflict Resolution: A framework for mediating disputes and friction between team members.
✦ Building Bridges: Creating alliances with other disciplines and departments to unblock work.
✦ Stakeholder Mapping: Identifying who holds power and influence outside your team.
✦ Personal Brand (Strategic Presence): Packaging your narrative and visibility to influence how the organization perceives you and your team’s work.

Meet the expedition leader.
Juan Tejeda is the Co-Founder of The LeaderShift Club and the lead facilitator for the Shift Booster.
He understands the friction of leading in a new market because he paved the path. Juan arrived in Germany as part of the very first “Green Card” cohort for skilled workers. He navigated the complexity of a foreign work culture to lead at the highest levels of European business and tech.
He brings over 25 years of experience leading product teams and building ventures. As an Ex-McKinsey and Ex-BCG DV alumnus, he mastered the art of projecting psychological weight in rooms where he was the outsider.
Juan teaches the universal mechanics of authority. He shows you how to establish respect without needing to dominate, regardless of the local work culture. His sessions focus on real-life situations and hard trade-offs. You leave with a leadership toolkit that works in Berlin, London, or New York.

Frequently asked questions
The mountain does not care about your department. The friction of leading a team is identical whether you are shipping code, launching campaigns, managing QA, or running Operations. We do not teach technical skills; we teach the mechanics of authority, delegation, and feedback. If you lead people who are experts at what they do, you belong here. The principles apply to any discipline where talent needs direction.
Absolutely. The tech and business landscapes are driven by neurodiverse talent, yet the environments we navigate often lack the clarity needed for us to thrive. This workshop is designed to bridge that gap.
We focus on structured growth and practical frameworks. This approach is highly effective for neurodivergent minds that excel when ambiguity is stripped away. We help you decode the “unwritten rules” of leadership dynamics and organizational complexity. You will leave with a clear toolkit to navigate high-pressure environments and champion your ideas without masking who you are. This is about shifting from surviving the system to leading it effectively.
No. The “Silent Tactician” is one of our core climber archetypes. We value precision over noise. You will not be forced to shout or do “high energy” motivation stunts. You will be asked to think, analyze, and apply frameworks. We respect your battery life.
We do not do “corporate theater.” We do drills. If you were learning to climb, you would practice tying knots on the ground before you got on the wall. We do the same. We simulate specific high-pressure scenarios (giving feedback, delegating authority) so you can build muscle memory in a safe environment. It is not about acting; it is about mechanics.
Yes. Most attendees expense this as “Professional Development.” When you book your seat, you will receive a VAT invoice suitable for corporate reimbursement. If you need approval first, copy & paste the “Expedition ROI” PDF in the footer to send to your manager.
You can cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the workshop. After that, the expedition is locked. We do not offer refunds for last-minute bailouts. If you cannot make it, send a replacement climber from your team.
If you are a Senior Individual Contributor (Lead Dev, Head of Growth, Creative Lead) who steers the team without the official title, you belong here. In fact, learning these skills before you get the promotion is the smartest way to climb. It prevents you from freezing when you finally get the rope.
You do not just go home. You join the Alumni Network. Leadership is lonely. After the workshop, you’ll gain access to the LeaderShift Club alumni. This is your base camp for asking questions, sharing wins, and getting a reality check when things get tough on the mountain.
Bring one specific “crevasse” you are stuck in. Come with a real challenge you are facing right now—a difficult team member, a stalled project, or a chaotic process. We will utilize the workshop frameworks to develop a solution in real-time.
Because for a new manager, it is a dangerous trap. Servant Leadership works for CEOs who have already established authority. For a new manager, “serving” usually turns into “doing the work for them.” We are not teaching you to be a tyrant. We are teaching you to be an Architect. You build the system that allows the team to climb. You do not carry them up.
