Take three months.
Find your people.
Finally, make a shift that lasts.
1 shift. 6 peers. 3 months. Peer-driven. Coach-led. Action-focused.
Most leadership development starts with content.
Shift-Circles start with you: where you are right now, what’s actually in the way, and who you need alongside you to move through it.
What are
Shift-Circles?
A Shift-Circle is a small, curated peer group (6-8 leaders at the same career moment) meeting every two weeks with a certified coach over 3 months.
Each circle is built around a specific shift: a named transition you’re living through right now.
Sessions aren’t lectures. They’re structured conversations where you bring a real situation, your peers work through it with you, and you leave with a concrete next step. Every time.
How It Works
Shift-Circles are not a course, a training, or a networking event. They are the structured peer experience most leaders have needed their entire career and never had.

| Format element | Detail |
|---|---|
| Duration | 3 months / 6 sessions |
| Group size | 6-8 leaders, curated by role, seniority, and shift |
| Cadence | 90-minute session every two weeks |
| Facilitation | 1 certified LeaderShift coach per circle |
| Outcome | One named shift, measurable from day one |
| Confidentiality | Everything shared stays in the circle. Always. |
| Start Date | Beginning of each Quarter |
How a Typical Session Runs
Every Shift-Circle session follows the same core arc. The structure is consistent, so the group can focus on what actually matters: supporting each other, gaining clarity, and moving forward.

| Phase | What happens |
|---|---|
| Check-in | Each member shares one word or sentence on where they’re at. No elaboration needed. Sets the tone and builds presence. |
| Wins + Forward Moves | Brief round: what has moved since the last session? Accountability made visible. |
| Hot Seat / Peer-Coaching | One or two members bring a live challenge. The group listens, asks questions, offers perspectives. The coach holds the structure and deepens the reflection. No advice-dumping – real peer thinking. |
| Insights & Pattern Harvesting | The group names what emerged – for the person in the hot seat and for everyone else. Insights are captured. |
| Commitments | Each member names one thing they will do before the next session. Specific, self-chosen, accountable. |

Powerful by Design. European by Focus.
Leadership in tech has become faster, more complex, and more isolating. Many leaders are expected to navigate uncertainty, difficult decisions, team pressure, and constant change without having a trusted space to think clearly with peers who understand the reality of the role.
LeaderShift brings together curated groups of experienced leaders, guided by certified coaches. In each session, members bring real situations, receive structured peer input, and leave with clearer thinking and practical next steps.
✦ Learn from lived leadership experience
✦ Work through real challenges before they escalate
✦ Tap into collective intelligence from peers
✦ Build relationships with leaders facing similar pressure
Small by design. Sessions run on Central European time. English is the default, with other European languages possible if the full group is a match.

Still have Questions?
A Shift Circle is a small, curated group of leaders who meet regularly to reflect on real leadership challenges, exchange perspectives, and support each other’s growth.
It’s practical, honest, and grounded in lived leadership experience and facilitated by our team of experienced leadership coaches.
The Leadershift Peer-Circle program is not a traditional training or course.
Peer Circles are facilitated peer-learning spaces where leaders bring real situations from their work and learn through structured reflection and collective wisdom.
Peer Circles are designed for leaders, founders, and experienced professionals who want to grow through honest conversations with peers facing similar challenges.
Each circle typically meets twice a month for 90 minutes over a defined cycle of either 6 or 12 months.
Consistency matters – the value grows when the same group meets regularly and builds trust.
Yes. Confidentiality is a core principle.
Everything shared within the circle stays within the circle so participants can speak openly about real situations.
Each circle is guided by an experienced Leadershift coach.
Their role is to hold the structure, ensure psychological safety, and guide the conversation and not to lecture or teach.
Circles are intentionally small (usually 6–10 participants) to allow meaningful participation and deep conversations together with enough perspectives and accountability to keep the growth constant.
Yes. You can choose to leave at the end of the cycle, though most members stay for the long-term value of the relationships.
Because circles are curated and rely on stable groups, mid-cycle cancellations are limited (excluding special situations).
Yes. You can switch Circles at the end of a cycle.
Since our Peer Circles are curated for stability and deep trust, moving mid-cycle is only possible if both involved coaches agree it is the best path forward. Most leaders stay to build on the long-term compounding value of their group.
