Ricardo Brito
Ricardo Brito has 15+ years of experience across the advertising, tech, and design industries. He worked inside these fields before launching his own coaching business, helping people leave corporate roles and build something of their own.
His work bridges two realities: the practical mechanics of starting a business and the personal decisions behind it. He built his first business while still employed, which showed him how generic advice, wrong tools, and trial and error slow people down. He has since supported freelancers, career changers, and tech and design professionals moving into solopreneurship.
Today, he works with people who have the skills but not the structure. (Too much advice meant for someone else. Too many tools that lead nowhere. Too long spent figuring it out alone.) He focuses on building a business that fits how each person works, so they reach stability faster and stop second-guessing every decision.

In the PeerCircle, you meet with a small group of senior professionals who are also standing at a career crossroads. Each PeerCircle runs for 6 months and is guided by a Career Coach (Shift-Guide) who helps keep the work focused, honest, and practical.
