You meet in a small, curated group of up to 6 peers and a certified coach, who are matched with your profile.
Sessions run online once a month, for 1.5 hours, and are led by a certified, experienced coach who has held real leadership roles in business or tech and speaks from lived experience, not just coaching frameworks.
Each session uses a structured decision format. Members rotate hot seats to get focused input on real challenges.

One 90-minute session twice a month for four months. We expect members to prioritize this time. Consistency builds the trust required for the group to function
Absolute confidentiality is the foundation of the Peer Circle. What is said in the room stays in the room. All members sign a strict code of conduct.
A professional LeaderShift facilitator. They manage the time, ensure balanced participation, and guide the “Hot Seat” framework so you get actionable value.
The first payment covers the four-session cohort. You can choose to leave at the end of the cycle, though most members stay for the long-term value of the relationships.
