Pressure is part of leadership. Burnout doesn’t have to be. This PeerCircle is about building a science-based resilience toolkit to help leaders recognise early stress and burnout signals, regulate the nervous system in the moment, and stay clear and intentional under pressure.
Drawing on neuroscience, psychology, and somatic tools, the session is facilitated by an ex-leader who burned out twice and rebuilt his way back. This is not a theory. It focuses on practices that work in real life and help leaders develop the emotional and mindset flexibility needed to lead sustainably.

Eric Mahleb
Eric Mahleb is a resilience trainer, coach, and facilitator with 25 years of experience across leadership, consulting, and mental health. Eric specialises in stress management, burnout prevention, emotional intelligence, and resilience, working with individuals and organisations under genuine pressure. Eric’s approach blends ACT, CBT, MBSR, neuroscience, and habit change methods.
Eric has delivered 60+ trainings to groups of 10 to 400 people across startups, NGOs, and large corporations, and has accumulated over 500 hours of 1:1 coaching. Eric has burned out twice and built a way back. Everything Eric teaches is still used in practice. Eric is a certified life and health coach, behaviour and mental health practitioner, and holds an MA from the University of London.
