Thriving Through Complexity & Uncertainty
Reacting → Sense-making / Responding
Open to 6–8 leaders ✦ 90-minute sessions twice a month ✦ Senior leaders (product/tech/design, or cross-functional) navigating ambiguity, change, and high expectations.
What this circle is about
In fast-changing environments, it’s easy to react on autopilot: push delivery, escalate decisions, or withdraw when things get unclear.
This PeerCircle helps leaders slow down enough to see patterns, make sense of complexity together, and choose responses that hold under pressure; for themselves and their teams.
What you’ll get better at
- Noticing pressure patterns (triggers, narratives, and habits) in real time
- Sense-making in complexity: separating signal from noise; mapping what’s changing and why it matters
- Presence and regulation: staying grounded while leading through uncertainty
- Converting insight into action: small experiments that shift behavior and team dynamics
- Building coherence: communicating clearly when you don’t have all the answers
“I feel myself reacting faster than I can think. I want to lead with more clarity when things get messy.”

Lin Cassie Zhen
Lin Cassie began her career in design. As a designer and design manager, her work spanned five industries. Across very different companies, she noticed a recurring pattern: environments are becoming more complex and uncertain, while expectations to deliver outpace efforts to make sense of what is truly happening. This often leads to reactive decisions, delivery over impact, and strain on well-being.
In response, she brings together systems thinking, team leadership, and mindfulness to help organizations work more holistically and proactively. She supports teams in building trust and alignment, and developing the collective awareness needed to lead and collaborate with intention. She has seen that when people slow down within complexity, they build the capacity to make sense of what is unfolding rather than react. In turn, they integrate perspectives into coherent action, make decisions that hold under pressure, strengthen relationships, reduce costly rework, and create real impact.

Peer Circle Sponsored.
Most members do not pay out of pocket. Their companies do.
Organizations sponsor Peer Circles because the return is immediate. Replacing a senior leader costs far more than supporting one, and a confidential space to work through real challenges with peers leads directly to better decisions and faster progress.
We make the process simple. We invoice your company or provide everything you need to claim reimbursement through your L&D budget (also after payment).

If you want to stay sharp, move faster, and lead with clarity, this is where you do it.
A PeerCircle is where senior leaders go when they need real answers, not more content.
You are matched with a small group of Directors, VPs, founders, and other senior leaders from different companies, from Scale-Ups, Series B Startups, and corporates, who face the same level of pressure and responsibility.
This is not passive learning. You bring real situations, and the group works through them with you. You leave each session with clear decisions and actions you can apply immediately.
You see how other leaders are actually handling similar challenges in their organizations. Not theory, just real-life application. Real moves, real trade-offs, real outcomes.
It is also one of the fastest ways to build a network that matters. A small, trusted group you can rely on for perspective, feedback, and support over time.
