What we look for in our members
Active senior leadership responsibility
You operate at the Director level or above in a product environment. This includes Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Research, as well as Marketing and People & Culture leaders who work closely with product teams and influence product outcomes.
Proven operating experience
You have led through trade-offs, organizational complexity, delivery pressure, and cross-functional decision-making. You have owned outcomes with real consequences.
Contribution mindset
You share lived lessons, not theory. You engage as a peer. You bring real cases, not abstract ideas.
Product context
You work in or closely with product teams. You actively shape how products are built, delivered, scaled, or adopted.
LeaderShift Membership Criteria
LeaderShift brings together senior leaders working in and around product teams. Members bring operating depth, leadership judgment, and a willingness to contribute to peer exchange at a high level.
Membership is built on relevance, contribution, and leadership experience. Not on titles or prestige.
