LeaderShift is a leadership community connecting people across Europe who lead teams in business and technology.
Members guide teams in product, engineering, data, research, marketing, and HR. These are the practitioners handling the daily realities of running modern teams.
At the center of the club are the PeerCircles, where leaders share general strategies and talk through the human side of leadership.
Starting your application opens up a simple conversation about alignment.
We ask you to share a bit about your general leadership approach and what you hope to get out of the community. Because we want to make sure everyone finds the right fit, we host a brief introductory call with every leader who applies.
We do this simply to ensure the community remains supportive, where everyone can collaborate as equals.
We are gearing up to launch the LeaderShift Hub platform, and we want to make sure the doors open with a vibrant, connected community ready to go. The waiting list helps us manage the rollout so everyone gets the best experience from day one.
Once the Hub is live, being a member gives you access to the full life of the club. It is a shared space where you can join Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions with experienced tech leaders, browse a job board, or sign up for live events from simple networking drinks to getting out on the court for a game of padel. It is also where you can join a Peer Circle, book leadership coaching, dive into practical micro-courses and masterclasses, or even self-organize your own activities with other members. We are building a real home for leaders, and we are excited to welcome you in soon.

The only real requirement to join is that you have at least one direct report, because this community is built for anyone carrying the responsibility of leading people. Rather than sorting everyone by title or seniority, we bring different perspectives together into Peer Circles based on the specific subjects you want to work through.
